Our stay was perfect! The staff there all made sure we were having the best time. The food, drinks, coffee, smoothies – they were all delicious!! We really enjoyed the kayaking and paddle boarding. The resort itself was absolutely beautiful! It was quiet & laid back, which is what we were looking for. We couldn’t have picked a better place to go for our anniversary! Cocobay
Cocobay is a top-class all-inclusive getaway on the sunset side of the island. Its gingerbread fretwork cottages all have private verandahs where guests can relax and enjoy the views of the ocean or the gardens. Paths lead you down to two beautiful white-sand beaches and the turquoise Caribbean Sea. All the pastel shade cottages have nice views and they all enjoy the gentlest of cooling breezes on this picturesque hillside. There are 61 cottages and 4 family houses all furnished and equipped to a high standard. The wellness deck provides spa treatments and yoga classes and guests can enjoy using complimentary sunfish sailing, hobie cats and kayaks on the beach.
The main restaurant Rafters provides an intimate setting for breakfast, lunch and dinner with spectacular sea views from all tables. Breakfast and lunch are served buffet-style while dinner is served a la carte nightly. Next to the hotel is the well-known ‘Sheer Rocks’ restaurant which features tapas lunches and fine dinners. Sheer Rocks is not part of the hotel and is open for dinner most nights.
Cocobay is an all-inclusive adults only hotel and it has gained a high reputation for providing consistently high standards of service and hospitality – we think this is a really nice place to enjoy the delights of the west coast of Antigua.
