How to book your holiday
We tailor-make all our holidays based on your individual requirements so please call us on 01373 814266 to discuss your holiday – or send us an email – and we will provide you with a personalised quotation. Give us as much information as you can about the style of holiday you are looking for and our expert staff will be able to offer advice on locations and can explain details of latest offers, child prices, two-centre holidays, in fact anything that you need to know about your holiday. Once you have made a telephone/email booking, please complete our online booking form below and arrange your deposits*, or full payment if within 10 weeks of departure.
*Our current deposit is £400 per person, or as agreed. Sometimes we need to take an increased amount if your booking includes a villa or yacht rental or certain flights that need to be purchased in advance.

Once we are in receipt of your booking form and deposit/full payment we will confirm your reservation by sending you a confirmation invoice and ATOL certificate, which will set out the details of your holiday reservation. This will also notify you of the date by which final payment must be made. Should you have any queries or amendments after booking, please call our Caribbean administration team on 01373 814268
How to pay
Our preferred method of payment is by bank transfer (we will provide our details at time of booking) or you can send a cheque made payable to Just Grenada Ltd (our parent company) and post it to us at The Barns, Woodlands End, Mells, Frome, Somerset, BA11 3QD. We can also accept payment of your deposit by debit or credit card over the phone but please note, we can only accept payment by bank transfer or cheque for the main balance of your holiday when due.
Package prices include
Return flight from Gatwick, airport security charges and baggage handling costs, accommodation with board basis as advised, tax and service charges, representative service & airport transfers and/or vehicle rental. Please note that if the price of oil increases, it may be necessary to add an additional fuel supplement.
Overseas departure taxes
The departure tax for Antigua is included in all airline tickets.
Gatwick hotels and parking
Please let us know if you need any assistance with overnight hotels and/or parking at Gatwick as we can book this for you.
All travel documentation i.e. airline tickets, accommodation vouchers, car hire vouchers, luggage labels, full itinerary and check-in details will be forwarded to you approximately 2-3 weeks prior to departure. It is your responsibility to check these to ensure their accuracy. Local maps and information will be given to you on arrival.
Passport, visa and vaccination requirements
British Citizens need a full 10-year passport (5-year passport for children under 16), valid for at least six months after your intended return date to the UK, but there is no visa requirement. Children under 16 (including infants) who are not currently on their parent’s passport will require their own passport. (Check the UK passport service at www.ukpa.gov.uk for further information). If any members of your party are not British Citizens or do not hold a British Passport, they must satisfy themselves as to any visa requirements by consulting the Embassy or Consulate of the relevant country. All passengers will be required to complete an Immigration Form prior to landing in Antigua. Forms will be provided on your flight. There are currently no compulsory vaccinations required, however we suggest that you always check with your local health centre or GP for the latest medical advice.
